The Element Masters, Inc. was established in 2000, by Lee and Dorothy Bontrager. Our dream of offering heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) services to the Middlebury community and surrounding areas came to life.
Lee's experience, of 21 years, in the HVAC industry, has given him the skills ncessary to provide our clients excellent HVAC installation, maintenance and repair services.
Over the years, the number of service technicians working for The Element Masters, Inc. has grown. Our values, vision and mission are carried into each home we service, which has facilitated our growth in the community.
